Today is her birthday
Today is Rebecca Baruch her birthday – she would have turned 25 ♡
I remember so many of her bday parties, especially the one where we made pizza and watched 4 (!) movies in one night and the one where we played a murder mystery game – she gave me the role of the marching band boy so I could live out some My Chemical Romance dreams
I wrote a poem for this day, and also wish to share some of the poems I wrote for her before ♡
25 years
1. Not yet
2. Did I know you
3. But soon
4. I would! In Kindergarten we met
5. Played with wood
6. Read fast
7. Grew taller
8. Made plays with monkeys
9. Were classmates
10. But most of all such close friends
11. We had our final musical, and you were so funny
12. Playing the role of Rosa, on the stage
13. We went to Haganum
14. Still in class together
15. Learning Greek and Latin and
16. Travelling to Italy
17. We stayed close
18. Even when you moved far
19. To Israël, a country you love
20. But we met
21. When you were here
22. And kept in touch
23. No fear
24. Because we would always be friends
25. Always ♡
