A visionary

Rebbeca was a visionary. Her decision to go to officer course was affected by her desire to make a change in the way the army system worked. Rebbeca did not approve of the strict distancing between commander and soldier and sought to change it to a more personal, eye to eye relationship as she believed it would make better soldiers and better people . I know that your soldiers appreciated your approach and felt your positive influence on their training and helped them improve.
